Our yearly maintenance goes far beyond a filter change inspection that most companies offer. We check all aspects of the system, the electrical, the gas, the refrigerant, the cleanliness, etc. We check each component for its connections, its operation, and its integrity. We clean every accessible part of the system, and sanitize the blower section. We make sure all readings we receive from your system are within factory specifications. If we find a component that should be replaced we will bring it to your attention and tell you the price for your approval prior to replacing it, if you have an extended warranty that covers parts and labor we automatically replace it and just let you know what we did. We replace your filter with a high efficiency pleated filter each visit, normally this will last until the next inspection. We perform this once during the heating season, and once during the cooling season.
