JOB SUMMARY
One HVAC Estimator with experience in all aspects of Residential and Commercial HVAC installations and repairs.
Well-established Bucks County based Plumbing and HVAC Company currently seeking experienced Estimator.
This will be a dual role for the PLUMBING/HVAC Estimator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of Residential and Commercial installations and repairs.
We are offering a full-time opportunity for the person with the right attitude and experience in both the Plumbing & HVAC fields. Candidate must be a team player who is self-motivated.
Requirements include:
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and prioritize duties as needed
- • Ability to work independently
- • Reliable and punctual
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills
- • Organized and detail oriented
- • Ability to read blue prints and understand specifications
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- • Plumbing and HVAC knowledge
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Reading and understanding of plans and specifications
- • Develop take offs and lists of materials
- • Collect pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- • Assist in preparing accurate bid proposals
- • Build and maintain relationships with clients
- • Maintain files of working documents
- • Ability to calculate mathematical extensions as well as read and understand engineered drawings, purchase orders and contracts
